Abstract

Farhan Zulkarnain, NPM: 41182191190086, The Effect of Ladder Drill Training on the Agility of Futsal Extracurricular Students at SMPIT Annur. Thesis. Physical Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Islamic University "45" Bekasi.
This research aims to determine the effect of ladder drill training on the agility of futsal extracurricular students at SMPIT Annur. The method used in this research is an experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. This population uses futsal extracurricular students from SMPIT Annur. Sampling was taken using a total sampling technique, with this technique the number of samples obtained was 20 futsal extracurricular students at SMPIT Annur.
From the data obtained from the agility test results using the zig-zag run agility test. Shows an average pretest result of 14.63 and post test result of 14.15 and the difference in test results is 0.48.
This research has a conclusion, namely that based on data processing analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of Ladder Drill Training on the Agility of Futsal Extracurricular Students at SMPIT Annur.
