Abstract
The purpose of this research is to serve as a source of information for companies
regarding the importance of the Layout of the distribution of goods to support the
smooth process of checking goods optimally. PT. The results of the study used a work
cycle of 43 minutes with 4 work stations, the amount of idle time was 52 minutes with a
delay rate of 29.59 and an efficiency level of 70.35%, while using a cycle of 42.85
minutes with 4 work stations. idle time 20.40 and 70.6% efficiency level. for 3 work
stations with a total working time of the distribution process using a cycle of 43 minutes
with an idle time of 8 minutes with a delay rate of 6.20 and an efficiency level of 9.38%.
Whereas using a cycle of 42.85 minutes the amount of idle time is 7.55 minutes with a
delay rate of 5.85 with an efficiency level of 94.15%..
