Abstract
This study aims to identify the group communication pattern within the SRC Bekasi Timur Grocery Store Community, specifically the Patriot Bekasi Timur Membara Association, and its role in increasing member loyalty. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis was based on Harold Leavitt's group communication pattern theory. The findings indicate that the communication pattern within the community tends to follow an all-channel (star) communication pattern, as members have the opportunity to interact and exchange information directly. However, the communication pattern has not been fully distributed evenly, as there are still dominant figures who initiate communication and several members who remain less active. Communication within the community occurs intensively and openly through association meetings and Whatsapp groups. This communication pattern contributes to increasing member loyalty, which is reflected in members' participation in community activities, commitment to remain part of the association, and sense of belonging toward the SRC community.
