Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of non-physical work environment and employee placement
on employee loyalty at PT.Prosys Bangun Persada. This quantitative research uses a correlational
design. The subjects in this study were employees at PT. Prosys Bangun Persada as many as 60
people. Methods of data collection using interviews and psychological scales. Spearman's correlation
test results between non-physical work environment and employee retention showed a significant
positive relationship with a correlation coefficient = 0.752 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05). The results of
the correlation test between Employee Placement and employee loyalty show a significant positive
relationship with a correlation coefficient = 0.590 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05). The results of multiple
linear regression tests show that there is an influence of non-physical work environment and
Employee Placement on Employee Loyalty with a value of r=0.220, F=23.669 and p=0.000 (p<0.05).
Non-physical work environment and Employee Placement contribute influence to Employee Loyalty
by 77.9% while 22.1% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
