Abstract
“RM. SATE MAS” is a satay restaurant that has been in Bekasi City since 1978 but does not yet have a business model. It is important for a business to have its own business model, because a business model can provide an overview of how a company generates profits. One way to describe a business model is the Business Model Canvas. This study aims to find out how the application of the Business Model Canvas in “RM. SATE MAS” which is used for future business development. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis, with the analytical tool SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate the business model "RM. SATE MAS” in terms of the Business Model Canvas is good, but still has weaknesses in the block of channel elements. The strategy suggested for the company is a strategy that focuses on exploiting the strengths it has to be able to seize the various opportunities that exist
