Abstract
Bullying is a common problem experienced by adolescents and can lead to low self-confidence, difficulty managing emotions, and decreased ability to cope with stress. This study aims to test the effectiveness of resilience training in improving resilience in adolescent victims of bullying. The study used an experimental method with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design on 30 students in grades 10 and 11 of MA X Bekasi City who were identified as victims of bullying. Data were collected using a resilience scale (α = 0.948) and analyzed using paired sample t-tests and independent sample t-tests. The results showed that resilience training effectively increased resilience in the experimental group (t = -14.768; p < 0.001), with the average score increasing from 50.80 to 72.93. These findings indicate that resilience training is effective in improving resilience in adolescent victims of bullying.
