Abstract
This study was motivated by the suboptimal quality of the learning process, highlighting the need for effective principal strategies in integrated curriculum management to improve learning quality. Previous studies have generally examined principal leadership or curriculum implementation separately, leaving a research gap regarding the integration of principal strategies, integrated curriculum management, and the perspective of Islamic Educational Management into a comprehensive framework. This study aims to analyze the principal's strategies in managing the integrated curriculum, the quality of the learning process, and the factors influencing its improvement at SDIT Labschool Al Fatah Bekasi City. This study employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, and were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the principal's strategies were implemented systematically through the functions of planning, organizing, implementation, and curriculum evaluation. These strategies improved the quality of the learning process through strengthened academic supervision, teacher collaboration, the integration of Islamic values, and the utilization of educational technology. Supporting factors included visionary leadership, teacher competence, a positive school culture, and support from the school foundation, while inhibiting factors consisted of limited teachers' digital competence, insufficient collaboration time, and frequent changes in educational policies.The novelty of this study lies in the development of a principal strategic management model that integrates educational management functions, SWOT analysis, integrated curriculum management, and Islamic leadership values as a framework for improving the quality of the learning process. This study contributes to the advancement of Islamic Educational Management and provides a practical reference for school principals in managing an integrated curriculum effectively, adaptively, and sustainably.
