Abstract
This research is entitled The Implementation of Sipkerja at the Manpower Office of Bekasi Regency. This study is motivated by the importance of access to official, valid, and easily accessible job vacancy information for the community, especially job seekers in Bekasi Regency. Sipkerja is a website-based digital service managed by the Manpower Office of Bekasi Regency to provide job vacancy information integrated with Siapkerja and KarirHub owned by the Ministry of Manpower. This research aims to analyze the implementation of Sipkerja, the support and capacity in its management, and the benefits perceived by job seekers and employers. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis uses Richardus Eko Indrajit’s e-Government theory with the indicators of support, capacity, and value. The results show that Sipkerja has been implemented as an official and verified job vacancy information service. Sipkerja provides benefits in improving access, information transparency, efficiency, and public trust. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as technical system problems, limited human resources, lack of socialization, and low digital literacy among users.
