Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship and impact of Work Study Conflict and Psychological Capital on Work Engagement among 146 working students in the Psychology Study Program at Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument. Descriptive analysis results showed that the majority of respondents fell into the moderate category for all three variables. Hypothesis testing revealed a significant negative correlation between Work Study Conflict and Work Engagement (r = -0.225), with an effect contribution of 8.9%. On the other hand, Psychological Capital had a strong and significant positive correlation with Work Engagement (r = 0.706), with a dominant effect contribution of 49.8%. In conclusion, the higher the psychological capital of the students, the higher their work engagement. Conversely, a high conflict between
study and work tends to decrease their level of work engagement.
