Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of communication
style, motivation, and work environment on the performance of PT KB Finansia Multi
Finance employees. The population in this study was all employees of PT KB Finansia
Multi Finance, totaling 60 people with a sample of 30 respondents. The research method
used in this study is a quantitative method. The data used is primary data with a
questionnaire distribution technique directly visiting PT KB Finansia Multi Finance. The
data was processed using the IBM SPSS application for Windows 20. The research
findings show that the variables of communication style, motivation and work
environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
