Abstract

This research aims to explore how teachers' communication strategies cultivate Islamic
moral values in students at Ra Al-Ikhlash Junior Club. Islamic moral education in early
childhood is crucial for building a strong moral foundation for future generations.
Teachers play a crucial role in introducing and guiding students to understand and
practice these values. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive
approach. The theory employed in this research is the AIDDA educational
communication strategy. This research reveals that the communication processes and
strategies implemented at RA Al Ikhlash refer to a structured set of operational steps,
while strategies are meticulous long-term plans to achieve educational goals in
complex situations. At RA Al Ikhlash, communication strategies include the use of
inspirational stories, role-playing, group discussions, and social activities
