Abstract
Guidance and Counseling teachers play a vital role in helping students overcome personal and academic problems. This study aims to determine the relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction with the psychological well-being of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers.
This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique employed is random probability sampling, with a sample of 68 respondents randomly selected from a population of 216 BK teachers. with a validity score of 1.00 and reliability of 0.940; the job satisfaction scale, with a validity score of 0.875 and reliability of 0.963; and the psychological well-being scale, with a validity score of 1.00 and reliability of 0.966.
significant positive relationship betwen with p-values of 0.324 (p < 0.05) and 0.669 (p < 0.05). These results indicate a relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction with psychological well-being.
