THE EFFECT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS ON PERCEPTION OF SATISFACTION OF FLAT OCCUPANTS IN PANGUDI LUHUR FLAT BEKASI

This study aims to determine the influence of environmental conditions on the perception of satisfaction of apartment residents in Rusun Pangudi Luhur Bekasi. The background of this study is the importance of the influence of environmental conditions on the perception of satisfaction of apartment residents, those who previously did not have a place to live and moved to an apartment, residents have a perception of satisfaction with environmental conditions, both physical and social environments. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents. The results of the analysis of the physical and social environmental conditions of Rusun Pangudi Luhur Bekasi were generally considered "good" by the residents. The indicator with the highest score was involvement in social activities (69.61%). Residents' perceptions of physical and social environmental conditions are still in the "less good" category, with a percentage score between 53.92% and 61.28%.
