Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of One Stop
Integrated Services (PTSP) at the Bekasi Regency District Prosecutor’s Office. This
research uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data, providing a clear
picture of the problems studied. The results of this research indicate that services at
the Bekasi District Attorney’s PTSP are effective and efficient. This is in line with
PTSP services in 2019 which developed very rapidly and well. PTSP continues to
strive to make improvements according to the applicable SOP so that the visiting
public can feel the impact of good, satisfying and positive PTSP services.
