Abstract

Collaborative Governance is implemented in handling agrarian conflicts that
occur in Wadas Village, Bener District, Purworejo Regency, Central Java
Province, where the National Strategic Project is being implemented at this
location. Several stages of the collaboration indicator process carried out are
Face To Face Dialogue, Trust Building, Commitment On Process, Share
Understanding & Intermediate Outcomes. In the implementation of this handling,
it was considered very successful, where out of 259 residents who refused land
acquisition, but with the collaboration carried out, it was resolved well using
various methods and efforts made, especially communication and coordination
between institutions, officials and the community. The community's opinions or
aspirations are heard and then realized, namely compensation, construction of
village roads, irrigation, electricity & internet access, social assistance,
agricultural business assistance, community entertainment as well as disaster
mitigation and others carried out in Wadas village so that over time the
community can be open to accepting land acquisition. and this development is
peaceful, but there must still be a special approach so that the atmosphere returns
to the level it was before the conflict occurred.
