Abstract

The cause of the low quality of education at MI Attaqwa 28 Bekasi is the
unprofessional management of education and the low quality of Human Resources
(HR), in this case teachers.
The method used for human resource management research is qualitative
research. This research can determine the implementation of human resource
management carried out. Data taken using two types of data, namely primary
data and secondary data. Implementation of human resource management that
has been carried out in improving the quality of graduates through various
aspects through planning, organizing, directing, controlling, workforce
procurement, development, compensation, integration, discipline, and termination
of employment.
The results of the research. The implementation of human resource
management by school principals to improve the quality of graduates has a
positive influence on increasing teacher competence and the quality of graduates.
The school principal and all school members continue to improve effective human
resource management in order to maintain the quality of MI Attaqwa 28
graduates who excel in achievement and are noble in character.
