SELF CONCEPT WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF
TEACHERS IN TSANAWIYAH MADRASAH IN
SUBDISTRICT SETU BEKASI

This study aims to reveal whether there is a relationship between
information and communication technology (ICT) abilities and self�concept with teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative
research method, this research method was chosen with the consideration
to determine whether or not there is a relationship between Information
and Communication Technology Capability and Self Concept with
Teacher Performance. In this study using two variables consisting of
dependent variables and independent variables. The dependent variable
is "Teacher Performance" while the independent variable is "Information
and Communication Technology Ability" and "Self Concept".
The relationship between ability of Information and Communication
Technology (ICT) is 7,2% and Self Concept is 7,3%. Due to the ability of
Teacher Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and a good
Self Concept will improve quality and affect the performance of
Madrasah Tsanawiyah Teachers in Setu District. Without good teacher
performance it is impossible for the school to develop properly in
accordance with the vision and mission of the school. The research
method is a scientific procedure or way to obtain data with a specific
purpose and specific use.
