Abstract

PENERAPAN QUALITY CONTROL PRODUK AKHIR UNTUK
MENGHASILKAN PRODUK BERKUALITAS PADA PT FUTABA
INDUSTRIAL INDONESIA

This study aims to determine the implementation of Quality Control of final
products that produce quality products at PT Futaba Industrial Indonesia, while the
problem that occurs at PT Futaba Industrial Indonesia is that there are still NG
products produced in the last three years while the company's target is Zero NG. The
research that the author made was quantitative in nature and used descriptive data
analysis methods.
The results of this study are that there are problems with new employees or
transferred employees who have not been able to adapt or do not really understand
the WI (Work Instructions) that have been set by the company. Then the next one is
the problem of the machine, what is meant by the machine here is a tool for cleaning
rubber traces that exceed the limits set by the WI (Work Instruction). The iron brush
is no longer suitable for use and a replacement is required by the company's
maintenance department. The conclusion is that special supervision is required for
new employees and employees who are transferred, as well as rewards and
punishments for employees who do not or do not carry out WI (Work Intuction) very
well or not.
