Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of fanboys in Self-Disclosure. This study
uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Participants in this
study were 4 informants and 4 key informants using interview techniques as a data
collection method. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, where the
purpose of this analysis is to describe systematically, factually and accurately about
the facts and the relationship between the phenomena being investigated. Based on
the results of the study, teenage boys think they are happy to be BTS fanboys. Teenage boys want to show the good side as fans by eliminating the public's bad perception of K-Pop through their respective social media.
