Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of green innovation on environmental performance. Green Innovation in this study uses four dimensions Green Process Innovation, Green Product Innovation, Green Service Innovation and Green Organization Innovation. The research method used is quantitative, utilizing secondary data in the form of financial reports, annual reports and corporate sustainbility reports. The analytical methods employed in this study include descriptive statistics, panel data model selection and hypothesis testing using STATA 17 software. The study sample was 138 over three years, drawn from 46 companies in the energy and basic materials sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2022 – 2024.

The results show that Green Innovation, through Green Process Innovation, has a positive effect on Environmental Performance. Green Product Innovation has no effect on Environmental Performance. Green Service Innovation has no effect on Environmental Performance. Furthermore, Green Organization Innovation also has no effect on Environmental Performance. Leverage has no effect on Environmental Performance. Firm Size has an effect on Environmental Performance. Company Age has an effect on Environmental Performance.
