Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on
the performance of employees at the Tanjung Setia Village Office, South Coast District, West
Coast Regency. The sample used consisted of 34 respondents, and data were collected using a
questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions
program version 23.0 (SPSS 23.0). Hypothesis testing showed that all hypotheses were accepted.
The results indicate that work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant
effect on employee performance. These findings suggest that improving work motivation and
work discipline can enhance employee performance in public service organizations.
