Abstract

ABSTRACT

The renovation project of Tanah Abang Station is part of an effort to improve the quality of public transportation services in Jakarta. The success of the project highly depends on the contractor's performance in terms of cost, time, and quality. This study aims to evaluate contractor performance using the Earned Value Analysis (EVA) method, based on the Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI) indicators. Data was collected from the Transit Plaza and Canopy Foundation works over 19 weeks, from week 30 to week 48. The analysis results show CPI and SPI values greater than 1, indicating cost efficiency and accelerated project execution. The Schedule Variance (SV) values were also consistently positive, suggesting the project progressed faster than the planned schedule. These findings support managerial decision-making and serve as a reference for similar future projects.
