Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work communication and
work environment on the performance of PT Cipta Baja Mandiri employees. Research methods
This uses quantitative methods. The research was conducted at PT Cipta Baja Mandiri
to 56 respondents. The data analysis used is multiple regression with
statistical production and service solution (SPSS) program Version 26.
The t test results show that work communication has a significant effect
on employee performance with a calculated t value of 4.387 > t table of 1.674
and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment has a significant influence
on employee performance with a calculated t value of 2.312 > t table of 1.674
and the significance level is 0.025 < 0.05. The F Test results show that communication works
and the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance by level
significance 0.000 < 0.05.
The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.588 shows that there is an influence
work communication and work environment on employee performance is 0.588 or
58.8%, while the remaining 41.2% was influenced by other factors not studied
in this research.
