This research discusses Istiqomah fasting Monday and Thursday on students' learning
achievement in Islamic religious education. School is an educational institution, a
place for someone to study. SDIT Global Insani Islamic School Bekasi has had a
Monday and Thursday fasting program for almost four years. Monday and Thursday
sunnah fasting is a worship that is highly recommended by Allah SWT and His
Messenger, because apart from getting rewards, you also get extraordinary wisdom for
those who carry it out. There is one problem studied in this research according to the
problem formulation, namely is there a correlation between istiqomah fasting Monday
and Thursday with learning achievement in Islamic Religious Education subjects of
students at SDIT Global Insani Islamic School Bekasi?
The results of the data research are the results of the correlation between the
consistency of Monday and Thursday fasting and the Islamic Religious Education
learning achievement of students at SDIT Global Insani Islamic School Bekasi, namely
students who always fast Monday and Thursday with a percentage of 56% seen from
the results of the average report card score of 91.85 overall. 47 students, and the results
of the relationship between the two were with a percentage of 50.13%.
