Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze how conflict management based quran
improves teacher performance and its impact on education. The method in this
research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Sugiyono stated that qualitative
research is research based on the philosophy of postpositivism, used to research
the conditions of natural objects. The location of this research is SDNpanjang Jaya
IV, Bekasi City. The results of this research show that the implementation of conflict
management carried out by the principal of the Sekolah SDNpanjang Jaya IV,
Bekasi City, can be said to be relatively good, using planning by identifying
conflicts, organizing using the head of the Sekolah Negeri Sembilan Jaya IV, Bekasi
City. The application of conflict management in resolving conflicts that occur. at
SDNpanjang Jaya IV Bekasi City, namely using deliberation and also as a mediator
