Abstract
Sexual harassment behavior received by the victim can cause the victim to
experience a number of negative impacts, namely trauma, stress, depression,
mental pressure, decreased self-confidence, always feeling negative thinking, and
even suicide. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship and influence
of social support and resilience with psychological well-being in victims of sexual
harassment in the Bintara housing complex, West Bekasi. The subjects in this
research were 132 people from NCO housing with an age range of 20 - 25 years
and teenagers aged 13 - 19 years who were respondents to the research
questionnaire. Data collection methods in this research used interviews,
questionnaires, measurement instruments using a psychological scale with a Likert
scale. The data analysis used is the Spearman Rank correlation test technique and
multiple linear regression tests to test the hypothesis. The results of the Spearman
Rank correlation test show a relationship between social support and psychological
well-being in victims of sexual harassment with a coefficient (r) of r = 0.290 and
declared significant with sig. 0.001 (P<0.05). The results of the correlation test of
resilience with psychological well-being in victims of sexual harassment with a
coefficient of r = 0.992 and declared significant with sig. 0.000 (P<0.05). The
multiple linear regression test found a significant influence between social support
and resilience and psychological well-being in victims of sexual harassment with a
B coefficient of 20,821 with sig. 0,000. These results indicate that there is a
significant influence between social support and resilience and psychological well�being.
