Abstract
The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of agility ladder drill
training on increasing futsal agility in extracurricular MAN 8 Jakarta. The research
method used in this research is the experimental method. This research was conducted
in the MAN 8 Jakarta field, the population of this research was 20 extracurricular
futsal students at MAN 8 Jakarta. For the sampling technique and sample size, a
purposive sampling technique was used, so the number of samples used was 10 people.
For data analysis the author used normality, homogeneity and significance t tests.
Based on the research results, it is known that the data on the increase in playing
practice results is 4.41. > from the t table value at = 0.05 and dk = n-1, namely
1.883, so the research hypothesis is accepted, which means that in agility ladder drill
training there is a significant or significant increase during the training.
