Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of the Circuit training
method on the accuracy of archery 30 meters athletes club gomar arrows.
Research uses experimental research methods to investigate the cause-and-
effect relationship between two deliberately caused factors. Experimental research is
research that is carried out by giving treatment or treatment to a sample, until there is
a change that occurs or not. Research using quantitative methods means research that
has met scientific principles that are objective, measurable, rational, systematic
. Based on the results of the t-test analysis of the Club Gomar Archery's arrow
scores, the results show that the t count is greater than the t of the table. Thus it is
concluded that there is an influence of circuit training methods on increased arrow scores athletes club gomar archery arrows.
