Abstract
The fanaticism of Jakmania Bekasi supporters often goes in a negative direction, this is evidenced by several events carried out in the last 10 years. This study discusses how Jakmania Bekasi communication behavior can form negative fanaticism. This study uses a behavioral approach to communication by Rismawaty, et al., with the concepts of conformity, social facilities and polarization. The decision of the unit of analysis on communication behavior is determined by a theory related to the formation of negative fanaticism which refers to verbal and non-verbal communication on communication behavior Jakmania Bekasi to be the limiting topic of research conducted by the author. From the results of communication Behavior Research Jakmania Bekasi in forming negative fanaticism non-verbal communication that much to contribute in negative things done by Jakmania Bekasi, coupled with situational factors, emotional and rivalry supporters who became the cause of negative fanaticism Jakmania Bekasi. With that, the thing that must be done by the Jakmania group and the Persija Jakarta team must work together in educating the members of the Jakmania group, and making real peace with rival supporters so that in the future it will reduce cases of negative fanaticism in the Jakmania group, especially Jakmania Bekasi.
