Abstract

Leadership is the ability to carry out organizational activities so that these activities can be carried out effectively and efficiently. Leadership is a form of domination based on personal ability, which is to encourage and invite others to do something to achieve a common goal. Human activities together always need leadership.
The formulation in this study is whether a person's leadership style affects the level of equitable development in Pasirsari Village, South Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency, West Java. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of village head leadership in village development. To find out what obstacles are faced by the Village Head of Pasirsari in carrying out.
This research method uses qualitative research methods with the results of the leadership of the Pasirsari village head in increasing community participation in village development, related to fairly good involvement but it is still not active and also the village head who is rarely seen makes the activity and enthusiasm of the community decrease, so there needs to be an optimization of leadership quality
