Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Return On Assets on Stock Prices in Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2020 period. By using a quantitative research model and the method of analysis used in this study is the method of multiple regression analysis carried out with SPSS 23.0. The data is obtained from monthly data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling using purposive sampling method, in order to obtain a sample of 29 companies. The results of the study partially show that the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) (β1=0.001; Thit=0.252; Sig.=0.801) has a not significant positive effect on stock prices. Non Performing Loan (NPL) variable (β2=-0.115;Thit=-4.542;Sig.=0.000) has a significant negative effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the variable Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) (β3=-0.010; Thit=0.285; Sig.=0.776) has no significant positive effect. And the variable Return On Assets (ROA) (β4=0.129;Thit=4.737;Sig.=0.000) has no significant positive effect on stock prices.
