Abstract
This study aims to analyze the construction of meaning regarding reproductive health and sexuality among state high school students in Bekasi Regency. This research is motivated by the gap between information and actual behavior, including cases of teenage pregnancy, alongside high exposure to misinformation from social media platforms such as TikTok. This qualitative research utilizes a purposive sampling technique, with twelfth-grade students and Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers as subjects, through observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results indicate that proper education shifts students' perspectives from viewing reproduction as a taboo issue to realizing it as a crucial future asset. The use of the "body is your home" analogy by the BK teacher effectively fosters a sense of responsibility over privacy boundaries. This education also equips students with the courage to reject risky behavior and to critically filter digital hoaxes. Schools are recommended to switch to casual, two-way communication methods to create a safe space for students.
