Abstract
The Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) is a government policy aimed at improving human resource quality through nutritional fulfillment for elementary school children. The success of this program is not solely determined by technical aspects of food provision, but also by the effectiveness of communication among the parties involved. This study aims to analyze multi-stakeholder communication in the management of the MBG Program at SDN Tanjung Sari 02 using a descriptive qualitative method through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The analytical framework draws on the concept of participatory communication, particularly the dimensions of decision-making, implementation, benefit utilization, and program evaluation. The findings reveal that the communication established is two-way and participatory, involving the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG), school staff, parents, and students. Coordination among parties runs effectively through information transparency, clear role division, and structured reporting mechanisms. The program has proven to have a positive impact not only on nutritional fulfillment, but also on improving student motivation and school attendance.
