Abstract

Yusuf Annafi. 2024. The Effect of Plyometry Training on Shooting Accuracy in
Handball Games. Thesis, Department of Physical Education, Health and
Recreation, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Islamic University "45" Bekasi. Supervisor Mia Kusumawati, M.Pd
The aim of this research is: to train players to using plyometry to increase the
accuuracy of shots towards the goal
The research method used is the experimental research method Prof. Dr. Sugiyono
(2019: 110) one of the quantitative methods, which is used especially if the
examiner wants to conduct an experiment to find the influence of independent
variables / treatment / certain treatment on dependent variables / results / output
under controlled conditions
Based on the results of the hypothesis test with "Hi, there is an influence between
the pretest and posttest, the mean value is 37.29 and the posttest is 40.85, there is
an increase in the difference of 3.56. This shows that the research results have
increased from shooting accuracy tests using plyometry training. And it can be
interpreted that research is WORTH being applied to the training process
