Abstract

Regional development planning requires good coordination between regional
agencies to ensure that programs are tailored to community needs. This study
aims to analyze the role of the AP4EP Division of the Regional Development
Planning Agency (Bappelitbangda) in Bekasi City development planning. The
research method used was qualitative, with data collection techniques through
interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the AP4EP
Division plays an active role in data collection, cross-sector coordination, and
monitoring and evaluation of development programs. However, obstacles remain,
including limited integrated data and suboptimal coordination with all regional
agencies. Therefore, improvements to the planning information system and
strengthening of inter-agency cooperation are needed to support more effective
and sustainable development planning.
