Abstract

This study aims to answer a problem in the city of Bekasi regarding
capital that is difficult to obtain in the area so that many use the services of
conventional banks which then the owners of micro, small and medium
enterprises in the city of Bekasi begin to recognize the Revolving Fund Financing
program and gradually switch to using it.
This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study
approach to the object. Data collection techniques were carried out through
observation, interviews with Revolving Fund customers, and documentation. Then
processed and the findings of the results to obtain conclusions.
The results showed that the implementation of the Revolving Fund
Financing program at PT BPRS Patriot Bekasi City was carried out by submitting
a prospective customer with financing requirements and carrying out an Ijab at
the PT BPRS Patriot Bekasi office to obtain financing. The amount of financing
that can be given will be given in accordance with the request and qualification of
financing. Of the 1,115 total customers until 2021 who use the Revolving Fund
Financing product, only an administration fee and a small margin are charged
for their refund. With the various features and conveniences of these products,
customers can use these financing products to increase their business capital.
This capital will be used by customers to increase the amount of production or
sales, so that customers will easily get an increase in sales turnover or production
of their business.
