Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and motivation on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Cikarang Branch, with a sample size of 50 respondents. To take samples, this study used saturated samples. The use of data analysis methods using quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to employees. For data analysis using statistical tests and calculations using multiple linear regression calculated using the Statistic Product and Service Solution 25.0 (SPSS 25.0) program. The results of this study showed that training and motivation had a significant effect on employee performance and together had an effect on
performance.
