Abstract

ABSTRACT
This research aims to optimize the text manufacturing process using a 3-axis CNC milling machine on blow molding body at CV Satya Dharma Teknik. The research method uses an experimental approach by analyzing spindle speed, feed rate, and depth of cut parameters. The research results show optimal parameters: spindle speed of 7000 RPM, feed rate of 150 and 200 mm/minute, and depth of cut of 0.08 and 0.1 mm. It is more recommended to use spindle speed of 7000 RPM, feed rate of 200 mm/minute, and depth of cut of 0.1 mm because it has more effective time. The optimization improves process efficiency by changing the machining method using an angled workpiece clamping system to achieve perfect results.
