The preparation of a Cost Budget Plan (RAB) for a project is an essential activity that must be carried out before the project begins. The RAB represents the total cost required for both labor and materials in a construction project. This document includes the volume, unit prices, and total costs of various types of materials and labor needed for the project implementation (A Nugroho, 2009). One of the widely known Construction Cost Analyses is AHSP (Analysis of Unit Prices of Work). To achieve the expected unit prices, this method is appropriate for producing a cost-efficient and accountable budget. This study aims to determine economical unit prices that can serve as a reference for estimators in planning construction costs using methods recognized in Indonesia. The method used in preparing the Cost Budget Plan involves analyzing the AHSP approach. Based on the cost estimation for the construction of the mosque at the State College of Accountancy (Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN), using the AHSP method resulted in a very economical unit price, amounting to IDR 10,935,996,000.00.
