Abstract

Building a building is a construction project that requires precise and effi-cient planning. Calculation of the Cost Budget Plan (RAB) is an important factor that must be carefully considered in planning building construction. RAB is a term used to describe the process of estimating costs related to labor and materials, as well as other costs related to construction or pro-ject implementation (Bachtiar, 1993). Construction Cost Analysis that has been known so far includes AHSP (Work Unit Price Analysis). To obtain the expected unit price of work, this method is appropriate in order to ob-tain an efficient and accountable cost budget. This study aims to determine the economical unit price so that it can be a reference for estimators in planning construction costs using methods applicable in Indonesia. The method in preparing the Cost Budget Plan is carried out by analyzing the AHSP method.
From the calculation of the Construction Budget Plan for the Al Mu-hajirien Jakapermai Elementary Madrasah in Bekasi City using the AHSP method, the unit price is very economical, namely IDR 5,277,677,756.00
