Abstract

ABSTRACT
Career decision-making is a developmental stage that every individual must go through. Therefore, self-determination and family support are crucial in this process. This study employed a quantitative correlational research design. The sample consisted of 156 students from grades X and XI at MA Pink 03 Tambun Selatan.
Data were collected using the Career Decision-Making Scale (reliability = 0.904), the Basic Psychological Need Satisfaction and Frustration Scale (BPNSFS) (reliability = 0.880), and the Career-Related Parent Support Scale (CRPSS) (reliability = 0.940).
The correlation test results showed a significant relationship between self-determination and career decision-making, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.236; p < 0.000. Additionally, the correlation between family social support and career decision-making yielded a coefficient of r = 0.388; p < 0.000. The multiple regression analysis showed that self-determination and family social support together predicted 15.6% of the variance in career decision-making.

ABSTRAK
Pengambilan Keputusan karir merupakan tahap perkembangan yang harus dilalui seseorang karena itu, kemampuan determinasi diri dan dukungan dari keluarga sangat dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 156 siswa siswi kelas X dan XI di MA Pink 03 Tambun Selatan.
Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala pengambilan Keputusan karir dengan nilai reliabilitas 0,904, Basic Psychological Need Satisfaction And Frustration Scale (BPNSFS) dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0,880, dan The Career-Related Parent Support Scale (CRPSS) dengan nilai reliabilitas 0,940.
Hasil uji korelasi menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara determinasi diri dengan pengambilan Keputusan karir diperoleh hasil koefisien (r) = 0,236 ; p < 0.000. serta pada hasil uji korelasional dukungan sosial keluarga denagan pengambilan Keputusan karir didapati hasil koefisien (r) = 0,388 ; p <0.000. Uji regresi berganda, didapati hasil determinasi diri dan dukungan sosial keluarga mempresiksi sebesar 15,6% terhadap pengambilan Keputusan karir.
