Abstract

The Budget Plan (RAB) is one of the main processes in a project because it is the basis for making a financing system offer and budget framework that will be issued. The Construction Work Package for the STAN Bintaro Polytechnic Student Dormitory Building announced on the LPSE website of the Ministry of Finance. The STAN Bintaro Polytechnic Student Dormitory Building which will stand on a total land area of ±212,222m². While what will be built as a Student Dormitory building with a design area of ±3,647m² with a total of 8 Dormitory floors. The RAB calculation includes structural work starting from Pile foundation work, shear wall work, column work, and beam work. The shortcomings of the e-procurement system are in the evaluation stage, because the checking is still conventional, making it take more time. Often the evaluation stage has a schedule change due to the need for additional time to assess each participating construction service provider.
