Abstract

The construction of the Bekasi city religious court building requires accurate budget planning to ensure efficient use of resources. This research aims to calculate the planned cost budget (RAB) for the Bekasi city religious court building construction project based on PUPR ministerial regulation number 1 of 2022.
This type of research is quantitative, the data collected is shop drawings, building locations. The standard used is PUPR Ministry Regulation No. 1 of 2022. Data processing takes the form of calculating work volume, unit prices for labor, materials and overall costs using Microsoft Excel and BIM Software.
The research results show that the estimated budget costs required for the construction of the main structure of the building include foundation work, beams, columns, plates and stairs. The total calculated volume of the concrete structure is 1,590.371 m³, reinforcement 318,028.713 kg, formwork 10,398 m². The total planned budget is Rp. 10,179,590,625.25 (ten billion one hundred seventy nine continued five hundred ninety thousand six hundred twenty five twenty five rupiah).
