Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Total Quality Management (TQM)
Implementation on Company Performance at PT Sumber Berkah Negeri. In this research
method using a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study were employees of PT
Sumber Berkah Negeri with a sample size of 36 employees and the sampling technique used
was saturated sampling. This study uses primary data in the form of quantitative data collected
through questionnaires and then processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions
(SPSS) version 25 program.
The results of this study indicate that Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on
the performance of the company PT Sumber Berkah Negeri (β1 = 0.266; t-count 3.5355; sig
0.002), Continuous process improvement has a positive and significant effect on the
performance of the company PT Sumber Berkah Negeri (β2 = 0.271; t-count 3.730; sig 0.001),
Education and training have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the
company PT Sumber Berkah Negeri (β3 = 0.275; t-count 4.138; sig 0.000), Involvement and
empowerment do not have a significant positive effect on the performance of the company PT
Sumber Berkah Negeri (β4 = 0.076; t-count 1.093; sig 0.283).
