Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the School Principal Movement Program in Vocational High Schools (SMK) throughout Bekasi City with the commitment to be motivated, move, and motivate, using the CIPP Model (Context, Input, Process, and Product). This evaluation encompasses four main aspects: context, input, process, and product, to provide a comprehensive overview of the program's implementation and impact on the quality of education in SMKs in Bekasi City.
The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects consist of school principals, vice principals, supervisors, heads of the education department, teachers, students, and parents.
The results of the study indicate that the School Principal Movement Program has had a positive impact on improving the quality of education in SMKs throughout Bekasi City. The context evaluation shows that the program aligns with the needs of the schools, the program's input is adequate and relevant, the implementation process runs well, and the program's product shows improvements in students' academic achievements in terms of school exam scores, average ANBK scores, and graduation rates. However, there are several areas that need improvement to enhance the program's effectiveness in the future. Recommendations for further improvement include increased training for school principals and strengthened support for schools in implementing the program, which are expected to provide valuable insights for policymakers and education practitioners.
