Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and
job burnout on turnover intention at PT BTPN Syariah West Kalimantan.
This research uses a quantitative approach. The total sample was 90 people
respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling
Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires
via Google form, then processed using the Statistical Package for program
the Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 26.0. The results of this research show that
work environment has a positive and significant effect (β1=0.261; tcount=2.715;
sig=0.008) on employee turnover intention, job burnout has a positive effect and
significant (β2=0.596; tcount=7.039; sig=0.000) on turnover intention. Besides that,
36% of the adjusted r square turnover intention value can be explained and obtained from
work environment and job burnout, while the rest is explained by other variables
outside the variables studied.
