Abstract
Delivery to UD. Djaya Dipa still has delays in product delivery. Apart from that, UD. Djaya Dipa
still has other problems, such as product distribution costs are still high at RP 4.300.000. Descriptive
research with a quantitative approach is the methodology used. The data collection techniques used in this
study are documentation, interviews and observation. In this study, data analysis techniques utilize several
methods, namely: forecasting, forecasting is carried out using QM for Windows software, this calculation
aims to obtain demand data for 2023-2024, EOQ calculations are used to determine order lot sizes during
a distribution system . SS, where the SS calculation is used to determine inventory limits so that stock outs
do not occur. And the DRP calculation will later be used to determine the needs for replenishing inventory
at the distribution center, and calculating product distribution costs. After carrying out calculations using
several methods, the total storage costs and distribution costs are Rp. 3,736,800, resulting in a reduction in
total costs of Rp. 563,200 or 13.1%.
