Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the Work Environment
and Training on Job Satisfaction at SMP Islam Al-Fajar. The population of this study were all
teachers of SMP Islam Al-Fajar, with the sampling technique used was non-probabiality�sampling with the slovin method. The sample of the study was 30 respondents. Data were
obtained from direct distribution of questionnaires. This study used a quantitative method with
an associative approach. Data processing used the IBM SPSS version 21 program. The results
showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on teacher job
satisfaction at SMP Islam Al-Fajar, and training had a positive and insignificant effect on teacher
job satisfaction at SMP Islam Al-Fajar.
