Abstract

This study aims to determine education, work experience, and work performance on career development
at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Bekasi Branch Office. The method used is quantitative
method. The sample used in this study were employees who worked at PT Bank Tabungan Negara
(Persero) Tbk. Bekasi Branch Office as many as 124 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire
made on a Likert scale and analyzed multiple linear regression. The results of this study together show
that education, work performance, and career development have a significant effect on career
development. Likewise, work experience has a significant effect on career development. Partially,
education and work performance have a positive and significant effect on career development, while
work experience has no effect and is significant to career development
