Abstract
This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach, collecting data through practical tests and direct observation. Data analysis utilized secondary data from Special Needs Junior High School (SMPLB) in Riau through the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKSI) for students with special needs (PDBK). The study involved 23 students, including both boys and girls: 8 seventh graders, 8 eighth graders, and 7 ninth graders. The test instruments assessed various aspects of physical fitness, including the Sit and Reach Test, Eye-Hand Coordination Test, Push-Up Test, Shuttle Run Test, and Rhythm Run Test. Results indicated that among the students with mild intellectual disabilities at the special junior high school in Riau, 1 female student (11%) was categorized as good, 2 students (22%) as moderate, and 6 students (67%) as poor. In contrast, for male students, 11 (79%) were categorized as moderate, and 3 (21%) as poor.
